For Colleges and Universities:

Prompted by recent changes in student lending regulations, we have increased our menu of services to include completing the RFI/preferred lender selection process for schools. Not only is this a time-saving device for schools (according to a recent survey, 41% of respondents spent over 50 man-hours and 4% invested over 200 man-hours in the process), by using an impartial 3rd party to manage their RFI process, schools make the entire lender selection process verifiable and transparent to everyone: students, auditors, program reviewers, etc.

For Students and Parents:

Like the services a tax preparer or financial advisor offer, Financial Aid Solutions consultants give information and advice regarding the financial aid process.

Each client receives:

• A 2-hour phone private consultation appointment (available days, evenings, or weekends), which includes a “Financial Aid 101” workbook and presentation, an information-gathering session, a question-and-answer period, and time to complete the FAFSA on the Web worksheet.
• A Verification Packet, complete with everything needed to complete each schools’ verification process quickly and accurately
• A FAQ for all of your financial aid questions
• Assistance with “Special Circumstances” appeals
• Unlimited Award Letter Analysis
• Unlimited follow-up phonecalls and emails for any questions that arise
